Sponsorship applications are open for spouses, common law and conjugal partners, as well as dependent children up to the age of 22, Parents, and Grandparents. However, the application process may vary depending on the type of sponsorship.

You may be able to sponsor a relative, but the application has numerous conditions and requirements. To discuss these in detail, please schedule a consultation meeting.

Sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent children

As a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, you can sponsor your spouse, common law partner, conjugal partner, and any dependent children.

Although there are not many requirements, both parties must be eligible under this class; however, exclusions and conditions may apply.

Sponsor your parents or Grandparents

For the past two years, the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship program has relied on a lottery system to select registered and interested candidates. Both the sponsor and the sponsored applicant must meet the eligibility requirements to be considered.
